Lab Rules

General Enrollment
  1. You can enroll in the online program, and pay for the lab later.  But lab space is reserved, first come, first serve.
  2. Payment plans are available for the online program
  3. Lab fees must be paid in full.

Lab rules / requirements
  1. To reserve your space in the lab, students must pre-register for the lab, either call the office, or register at floridahomeinspectionlicense.com.  Registration requires full payment.  Students can pre-register at any time (course work does not need to be completed to reserve space) 
  2. Before attending the lab, students must pass both the basic and advanced courses.  The class process is to take the basic online course, take the advanced online course, then take the 20 hour lab.  The lab is designed to help you with questions you had after taking the online course. 
  3. Course certifications are sent in the mail after the lab is completed.  The lab instructor does not have the capability to print certifications. 
  4. Space is limited for the lab, and is first come, first serve. 

Cancellation policy
  1. Before a lab starts, if a student calls and cancels his lab date, he can sign up for a future lab at no charge. 
  2. There are not any refunds for lab payments, but students can take the lab at any future lab date. 

General rules
  1. Be courteous to other students and their questions. 
  2. Be attentive, the instructor is there to help you with your questions.
